You may order some of our products on line and pay securely using Pay Pal. You are not required to have a Pay Pal account to place an order.
Because we are a specialty store, we carry many artisan items that are either hand made, one of a kind, or come to us from overseas, such as Italy or France. Depending on their origin, some orders can take up to 2 weeks to arrive. If for any reason you do not wish to wait and you have been notified as to its arrival date, you may cancel it within 7 days of your e-mail notification. All special orders, however, are non-refundable.
Shipping to the US and Canada Items in stock will be shipped within 7 business days. Most items will be ordered from the manufacturers and ship within 14 business days. Some items may take up to 4 weeks after order confirmation. We have no influence on production and are not responsible for delays caused by it. We ship United States Postal & UPS ground unless you specify otherwise. We will inform you when an item ships, and if the item is not currently in stock, we will notify you when it comes in.
Delivery Time Shipping time depends upon the destination address. Delivery time estimates are not a guarantee and are provided only for your convenience. They indicate our carrier's best estimate of the time in transit (in business days) after the shipment leaves our place of business. Unfortunately we have no control over their accuracy, or over delays in shipping resulting from the carrier. Delivery estimates do not include our lead time in preparing your order. However for rush shipments we will make every effort to ship the order by the next business day.
Shipping Fees Shipping charges are calculated online in real-time using quotes from our carrier. These amounts are estimates and are not always indicative of what we will actually be charged by our carrier in certain cases.
Shipping Overseas Transit Time: 2 to 9 business days on average. Special order items will be ordered from the manufacturers and ship within 14 business days.
